The fastest and easiest pizza in 10 minutes: a working recipe – when there is no time

The fastest pizza is cooked in a frying pan using basic ingredients. Despite its simplicity, it tastes amazing, looks original and is great for breakfast. The author of the Zen channel “Our Cozy Home” shared the recipe.

How to cook pizza in a frying pan

Instead of dough, the recipe uses lavash cut into strips or squares. The basic ingredients are eggs, milk, cheese, tomatoes and your favorite seasonings.

Cut the pita bread into strips, squares or any shape. In a deep container, beat 3 eggs with milk (150 ml – a little more than half a glass). Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices – for example, dried garlic or oregano. For a rich taste, you can add diced tomatoes or sweet peppers. Fresh herbs will also go great.

Grate the cheese – at least 70 g, you will need it later.

Assembling the ingredients

Next comes the fun part – assembling the pizza. Place the first layer on a greased and heated frying pan – half of the pita bread, some vegetables (tomatoes, peppers), half of the grated cheese and part of the egg mixture.

Repeat this layer – add the remaining pita bread, vegetables and cheese, and top with the remaining eggs.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook homemade mini-pizza for about 10 minutes over moderate heat. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, remove the lid to ensure the pizza gets crispy.

In the future, the recipe can be varied – for example, by adding ham, fillet or olives. Sauteed mushrooms or spinach are great.
