The Balakhta department of the registry office congratulated the spouses Viktor Vladimirovich and Valentina Semyonovna Yudin on their 50th anniversary of marriage.
The future spouses met in January 1976 at the Krasnoyarsk tire plant. Already on June 4 of the same year they got married.
At first, the young family did not have their own housing in Krasnoyarsk. In 1977, the couple arrived in the village of Kozhany, Balakhtinsky district. There, Viktor Yudin was offered a job as chief power engineer at PMK-19. The family received a two-room apartment and remained to live in Kozhany. Later, Victor continued to work at the sanatorium. After maternity leave, Valentina joined him. Both worked there until they retired.
Over the years of their marriage, the couple raised a son and daughter. Now they have a granddaughter and grandson. In 2000, the family also took in their nephew, who was left an orphan at the age of 15. The spouses themselves believe that family happiness rests on love, respect and the ability to go through life’s trials together.
In a solemn atmosphere, the heroes of the day were presented with a congratulatory address from the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The head of the Balakhta-Novoselovsky municipal district, Viktor Anikanov, also congratulated the couple.
