The territory of initiative youth “Biryusa” became the first site of the federal forum internship program this year. This was reported by the agency for youth policy and implementation of social development programs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

During the season, 57 young people from different regions of Russia will work at the forum. Among them are representatives of the Kemerovo, Tomsk, Samara and Saratov regions, Krasnoyarsk and Altai territories, St. Petersburg and Moscow. The interns are participants in the “Professional Development” project of the presidential platform “Russia, Land of Opportunities.”

They will help draw up the daily programs of the forum, prepare educational platforms, handle logistics, accompany experts and honored guests, and supervise teams of participants. A total of 381 applications from all over the country were received for the forum internship program this year.

“The internship program at TIM Biryusa is an opportunity to involve young professionals in the real practice of organizing major events. It is important for us that they see the work in youth policy from the inside,” said Viktor Kolomiets, head of the region’s youth policy agency.

Among the program participants is a native of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alina Khoroshilova, a student at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics. According to her, the internship was an opportunity to apply knowledge in practice and find like-minded people in their native land.

“After finishing my studies, I don’t mind returning to Krasnoyarsk, so that not in words, but in deeds, I can promote my native land through dialogue with young people and real projects,” said Alina Khoroshilova.

In 2026, TIM “Biryusa” will be held for the 20th time. This season there will be 10 educational sessions, which will be a record in the entire history of the forum.
