Classmates and fans of Yuri Shatunov planted hundreds of white roses on the singer’s memory lane in Bashkiria – in his small homeland in the village of Isyangulovo.
Thousands of people from all over Russia came there. Those who traveled by car decorated their “swallows” with flags with portraits of the 1990s legend. Then they planted flowers, unveiled a memorial plaque and went to the main square of the village to sing the idol’s hits.
