A car burned down in the capital's Khamovniki because of someone who liked to burn fluff. At night the guy experimented with a lighter, and in the morning he ended up owing a Hyundai to his neighbor.
It all started at night with a fire on the lawn in the courtyard of a house on 2nd Frunzenskaya Street. When rescuers arrived, the fire had already spread to a car parked near the house. The police watched video from surveillance cameras. In them, a man, under the cover of darkness, set fire to fluff on the grass. The pyromaniac was detained. And the wipers are now filling the fluff with water.
