A 13-year-old boy in a BMW started racing with the police in Sharypovo (video)

In the city of Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers detained a 13-year-old BMW driver in pursuit.
The day before the intruder was reported to duty station. Soon, state traffic inspectors noticed a car matching the description on one of the streets. When the officers demanded that they stop, the teenager increased his speed and continued driving, but at the exit from the city the car skidded to the side of the road and the dangerous trip ended.
The minor, who does not have the right to drive a vehicle, explained that he took the car keys from a friend and went for a ride.
The BMW was placed in a special parking lot, and a report was drawn up against the student’s mother under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of parental responsibilities.
