Alarms began to sound in several cities in Israel.

Shortly after the initial announcement, the IDF stated that a second wave of rockets had also been launched.

A similar announcement was made by Iran's state media. Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Israel must stop attacks in Lebanon, and if it retaliates against Tehran's actions it will suffer “further crushing blows”.
