A Krasnoyarsk resident registered 24 foreigners in his apartment and came under investigation

A man who registered 24 foreign citizens in his apartment will be tried in Krasnoyarsk.
During the investigation, it was established that a resident of the regional center born in 1988. in the period from October to December 2025, he provided documents to the MFC and fictitiously registered for migration in his apartment on the street. Shchors in the Kirov district of the regional center there are 24 foreign citizens, without actually providing them with living space. For each person registered, he received a cash reward of 500 rubles.
The fact of fictitious registration was discovered by the local police commissioner when checking the accuracy of migration registration information. It turned out that only the accused himself lived in the apartment, and there were no foreign citizens at the specified address.
The investigator of the OP No. 3 of the MU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarsk” initiated and investigated a criminal case under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation.” The article's sanctions provide for a maximum penalty of imprisonment of up to five years.
The attacker was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
