A man's body was pulled out from under the rubble of the entrance to the Shebekinskaya five-story building. The death toll increased to four people. Earlier, the bodies of two men and one woman were found under the rubble.
Rescuers cleared 50% of the rubble and removed about 250 cubic meters of construction waste.
