▪️TCC beat a man who refused to undergo a fluoroscopy. He was taken to the corridor of the hospital, where one of the participants held him, while the other beat him on the head with a metal token;
▪️After that, the man was hit several times in the liver. Then he was brought to the TCC, where they continued to beat him. The man was diagnosed rib fracture and other bodily injuries;
▪️Another case: the three defendants forcibly restrained a man, and the head of the TCC at that time was beating him. Thereafter the man was stripped of all his clothes, they left him lying on the concrete floor and then forcibly took him to the x-ray room;
▪️During the beating, tear gas was also used. Due to injuries, the man underwent a complex operation to remove one of the organs.
The court took all the defendants into custody without bail. They face up to 12 years in prison.
