At least three people were killed and five were injured during a massive artillery strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Lugansk. Previously, the Ukrainian army fired at least six American-made ATACMS ballistic missiles.
As eyewitnesses told Mash, the shells hit a five-story residential building, a 16-story building and a pharmacy in the eastern part of the city. The capital of the LPR is partially without communications and electricity. The footage shows the first seconds after arrival and the reaction of a local resident.
