A festival of Russian culture will be held in Krasnoyarsk

On June 6, the Russian culture festival “My Motherland, Russia” will be held in Krasnoyarsk on Tatyshev Island. This was reported to the city administration.

The central event will be a concert and educational program on the main stage. Professional and amateur groups from the Krasnoyarsk Territory will take part in it. The program will be divided into three thematic blocks. Guests will be presented with folklore, folk stage genre and ethno-folk.

There will also be interactive platforms in the park area. Krasnoyarsk residents will be able to visit an exhibition of traditional Russian life, master classes on folk crafts, folk games grounds and folklore interactives with songs.

The festival will end with a large dance flash mob, a round dance and a general song performance. The youth “Russian Games” will be a continuation of the program. They will be held on Tatyshev Island on June 7 at 12:40. The festival will open a series of national and international events in Krasnoyarsk. The next events will take place on June 12, Russia Day.

The festival is dedicated to Russian Language Day and the birthday of Alexander Pushkin. Guests will be welcomed in the eastern part of Tatyshev Island, in the Rakushka amphitheater stage complex. Starts at 12:00.

Let us remind you that 2026 was declared by the President of Russia as the Year of the Unity of Nations. Representatives of 169 nationalities live in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
