VEB.RF optimizes work with documents using AI assistants from the T1 IT holding

IT holding T1 has developed an AI assistant designer for employees of the VEB.RF corporation. Now every VEB.RF specialist can independently create AI assistants to optimize work processes.
“Smart” tools based on generative neural networks are deployed in a closed circuit of a financial corporation, which eliminates the risk of leaks and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
The solution was designed to meet the company's objectives, taking into account strict information security requirements. It uses equipment and software included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Unified Industrial Enterprise. The system is deployed in an isolated circuit of VEB.RF, all information is processed in a secure environment.
Neural networks take over the decoding, recording of meetings and preparation of the final resolution. Interaction with AI is carried out through a chatbot. The built-in low-code constructor allows employees to assemble a “smart” assistant for a specific task without involving IT specialists.
“The VEB.RF team works every day with a huge array of complex documents, and our task was to improve the quality of work with information. The solution is adapted for parallel processing of several files up to 100 pages, and the accuracy of answers today exceeds 97%. At the same time, during peak loads, the system supports over 1,500 simultaneous connections and processes more than 25 requests per second,” emphasized Sergey Golitsyn, head of T1 AI (T1 IT holding).
The VEB.RF corporation noted that the project was proof that financial institutions can use generative neural networks without sacrificing security and accuracy.
