The main wave of the Unified State Exam has started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Today, graduates take exams in chemistry, literature and history. This was reported by the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

1,794 participants chose chemistry, 1,743 graduates took history, and 766 students took literature. 88 examination points have opened in the region, 30 of them are located in hard-to-reach areas. The exams started on time. The printing of forms and assignments took place without technological failures, and all participants began to complete the work.

The regional Minister of Education Tatyana Gridasova noted that this year 13% of graduates chose chemistry. This is 2% more than last year. The time allocated for completing the Unified State Examination in chemistry is 3 hours and 30 minutes. The examination paper consists of two parts and 34 tasks. Graduates need to demonstrate knowledge of the theoretical foundations of chemistry, organic and inorganic substances, and also solve tasks of increased complexity.

The history exam also lasts 3 hours 30 minutes. Participants will have to complete 21 tasks, including analyzing historical maps, sources and arguing their position.

The Unified State Exam in Literature lasts 3 hours 55 minutes. There are 11 tasks in the exam. In the first part, knowledge of works, characters and literary terms is tested; in the second part, graduates write an essay on one of the proposed topics.

Results in chemistry, literature and history will be known no later than June 15.

The next Unified State Exam will be held on June 4. On this day, graduates will take a mandatory exam in the Russian language. More than 15 thousand people plan to write it. The main wave of the Unified State Exam will end on June 19. From June 22 to June 25, there are reserve days for taking exams in all subjects.
