In Krasnoyarsk, the search for a contractor has begun for the improvement of the Serebryany square; the public space will be put in order in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the city.
The mayor's office said that the project for the improvement of one of the iconic spaces of the Oktyabrsky district will be implemented at the expense of the investor – Chernogorskaya GRK, which is part of the Russian Platina group of companies. The initial price of the contract is 129.2 million rubles.
Using sponsorship funds, it is planned to replace the asphalt surface of the paths with paving stones, update street furniture, equip a video surveillance system and modernize park lights so that all cable lines are hidden underground, and add lighting decorations to create an atmosphere.
Also in the park the stage for holding events will be modernized, light and sound connection points will be added there. Modern children's and sports grounds will be installed in the public space, and an area for quiet relaxation will be created. Pets will not be left out; the dog area will also become more modern. In addition, it is planned to pay great attention to landscaping – at the request of residents, the square will be supplemented with flower beds with perennial plants.
The contractor will need to begin work in the park immediately after signing the contract and complete it by the end of October.
Let us remind you that in preparation for the anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, the city is currently modernizing previously landscaped spaces.
