“The current delivery rate under the PURL program [Priorytetowej Listy Wymagań dla Ukrainy, czyli programu, który pozwala sojusznikom NATO finansować zakup amerykańskiej broni dla Kijowa] no longer keeps pace with the realities of the threat we face,” he said in a letter obtained by the Kyiv Independent. “I am asking for help in protecting the Ukrainian sky from Russian missiles“- Zelensky appealed.

When asked about the American position, Pete Hegseth did not answer directly whether a decision had been made to increase supplies to Ukraine. However, he announced that the United States is looking for ways to help Kiev wherever possible.
“We are changing our approach to producing all of these critical munitions so that our companies can deliver not just a little more, but a lot more across the spectrum,” Hegseth said. — Where we can help Ukraine, we do that, and where we can enable Europe to do more, we do that too – he added.
The U.S. Secretary of Defense emphasized American support for Ukraine, but also noted the involvement of its European allies. — I am inspired by the European involvement in this matter.
