The ex-head of the “Russian Children's Clinical Hospital” and Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation…

The ex-head of the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital and an honored doctor of the Russian Federation was scammed out of four million rubles using a deepfake by Sergei Sobyanin.
According to our information, 82-year-old Nikolai Vaganov received a call the other day allegedly from the secretary of the mayor of Moscow and said that the mayor of the city wanted to talk to him. I agreed. We dialed via video link, and there it was like a real Sergei Semyonovich. He said: I know that you sponsor the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I’m very disappointed, the police will contact you soon.
Then an alleged general of the Ministry of Internal Affairs called, accusing him of donating 39 million to the Ukrainian army. And then there are high-ranking officials of the Central Bank and the FSB. They told how to prove their innocence. Under psychological pressure, Vaganov withdrew four million in cash and handed it over to the courier.
It wasn’t enough for the scammers; they forced the man to go to another bank for another amount. But there, vigilant employees explained to the doctor that he was being scammed. The statement is already with the police.
