The court decided the previous one decision in favor of Oschadbank in the business reputation protection case regarding the “Hungarian case”
The Commercial Court of the city of Vienna, Austria, satisfied the application of Oschadbank for a protective measure against Boryslav Bereza. The application was submitted at the defendant's registered place of permanent residence.
As stated in Oschadbank, the case concerns the dissemination of information regarding the so-called “Hungarian case”, which the bank considers to be unreliable and damaging to its business reputation.
The financial institution also noted that they will continue to defend their interests in court.
