“Romanians have talent” final: Re-Born troupe won with a moment of contemporary dance and gymnastics

10 contestants competed on Friday evening in the grand finale of the Pro Tv talent show “Romanians have talent” season 16. The big winner was the Re-Born band, who went home with a prize of 120,000 euros.

The 10 finalists of the 16th season of the show “Romanians have talent” were Iosif Mândru, Lucas Moroșan, Bianca Muntean, Alexis Stan, the band Re-Born, Rebeca Tomescu, brothers Eric and Eduard, Mikhail Ermakov, Albert Oprea and Antonia Voroneanu.

In the grand finale, the audience decided that Re-Born deserved the competition trophy and the €120,000 prize.

“We want to thank everyone who voted for us tonight,” the girls said, visibly moved.

The Re-Born troupe is a contemporary dance and gymnastics group made up of 12 girls from Târgu Mureș, aged between 15 and 19.

“You've got your timing perfect. Perfect all the time. Absolutely impressive. Congratulations. You have talent with the chariot,” Bobonete said.

Who won the Originality Award

In parallel with the fight for the grand prize, Albert Oprea, Rebeca Tomescu and the band Re-Born competed for the Originality Award, worth 10,000 euros.

The Originality Award was also won by Re-Born, following the public vote.

As usual this season, the jury was formed by Andi Moisescu, Andra, Carmen Tănase and Mihai Bobonete, and the presenters are Pavel Bartoș and Smiley.

The great news of season 16 was the presence of actress Carmen Tănase. This took the place of actor Dragoş Bucur, who decided to retire after three seasons to dedicate himself to other cinematic and personal projects.
