A hurricane covered Makhachkala. Powerful winds and heavy rain cut the wires on the embankment – the man received an electric shock and was hospitalized.
Five people were rafting on SUP boards in the Caspian Sea between Makhachkala and Derbent. The wind carried them away from the shore. Fortunately, the rescuers were faster than the elements – they pulled everyone to dry land.
