On May 27, bill No. 15281 was introduced into the Verkhovna Rada, which proposes introducing a break from work to provide psychological relief to workers. The document card was published on the Rada website.
The annotation states that the initiator of the bill is MP from the Servant of the People Sergei Grivko.
On his Facebook page, he explained that we are talking about a mandatory break lasting up to 20 minutes. Grivko suggests Ukrainians use this time for meditation, breathing exercises, physical activity and other activities aimed at relaxation and recuperation.
The People's Deputy emphasized that these 20 minutes will be included in working hours. In general, a break must be provided with the consent of the employer at the request of the employee.
“Caring for the psycho-emotional state of workers is an important condition for effective and safe work in modern conditions,” the author emphasized.
