Changes will be made to the land use and development rules of Solontsov and Drokino. Public hearings will start in the Solontsovsky village council of the Emelyanovsky district, reports the Krasnoyarsk urban planning department.
The document needs to be brought into line with the new edition of the general plan, which was approved back in September 2025. On January 1, the authority to approve the rules passed to the Krasnoyarsk administration.
“Now it is necessary to find out the opinion of the residents of the village council. But let me draw your attention once again – the project was prepared on the basis of the current general plan. If, for example, the general plan contains an agricultural zone, then it is not possible to change it to a residential zone. This will be contrary to the law,” said the head of the architecture department and the city’s chief architect, Yulia Solovarova.
Residents will be able to submit their proposals from June 4 to June 10. This can be done in two ways: in person at meetings on June 8 at the Solontsy House of Culture and June 9 at the Drokino House of Culture, or online – by sending a letter or electronic document to [email protected].
All proposals will be considered by a special commission, its recommendations will be published on June 24 on the city hall website.
