The White House did not immediately publish a detailed medical report or a letter signed by the president's doctor, and the level of information made public remains at the decision of the American administration, notes The Guardian.
Donald Trump, the oldest president ever elected in the United States, has built his political image including on the idea of vitality and energy, often using the health of his political rival, Joe Biden, as a theme of attack.
According to the American media, the Republican leader has had a visible hematoma on his right hand for a long time, covered with makeup and explained by the White House by the regular administration of aspirin for cardiovascular prevention.

However, his state of health does not generate the same level of concern among American public opinion as it did in the case of Joe Biden towards the end of his term.
However, a recent Washington Post/ABC News/Ipsos poll shows that 59% of Americans believe that Donald Trump does not have the mental capacity to lead the country, and 55% believe that he does not have the necessary physical health either.
The American president dismisses these doubts and claims that he is in great shape.
“It feels like fifty years ago. It's crazy,” Trump declared in May.
