Christian Tour's listing efforts went in parallel with the groping for the acquisition of a competitor, a transaction that would be consummated after attracting financing from the stock market, according to information obtained by Profit.ro.

Christian '76 Tour's public offering (TRIP) for listing enters decisive week, with subscriptions for nearly half of titles available on retail tranche.

Congestion of consistent orders would end, according to market behavior in market operations with a similar structure, on this day, the last in which individual investors will benefit from a 5% discount applicable to the final price of the offer scheduled to close on 28 May.

The current photo shows a number of over 1,900 orders, on this segment, which express options for the purchase of approximately 18.94 million shares, equivalent to 45.36% of the 41.75 million securities put up for sale in that tranche and which have an aggregate value of 40.43 million lei (7.70 million euros), reveals the data analyzed by Profit.ro.

The largest part of the securities in the offer, a package of 69.50 million newly issued shares, are in a capital increase that would ensure for Christian Tour a financing between 127.36 million lei, at the minimum price of the offer of 1.8750 lei/share and a maximum of 145.03 million lei, at the upper limit of the offer corridor, of 2.1350 lei/share, after eliminating the total expenses of 4.43 million lei of the offer brokered by BT Capital Partners.

It is money that would be used in a major transaction in Romanian tourism. Christian Tour aims to acquire a Top 5 travel agency in Romania, according to Profit.ro sources close to the transaction.
