A Neanderthal from Kazan broke a tram window with a stone because he was kicked out for not paying the fare
The conductor noticed that one of the passengers was trying to ride like a hare and decided to drop him off at one of the stops in Kazan. The man wanted to take revenge somehow, so he broke the window, picking up a stone from the tram track.
Because of the incident, the tram was unable to travel further. The vandal now must pay damages of 100 thousand rubles – both for glass and for stopping traffic. The police put the offender on the wanted list.
