Elias Charalambous (45), the former FCSB coach, was present at the Science of Sports Cyprus Best Development Championship Awards Gala, where he spoke about the level of football in his home country.
The Cypriot technician left FCSB at the end of the regular season, and Gigi Becali brought Mirel Rădoi in his place.
