Co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio Timur Mindich and businessman Alexander Tsukerman, who are involved in the corruption scandal at NNEGC Energoatom, filed a lawsuit against the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. This is evidenced by data published on the website of the “Ship Authority of Ukraine”.
Mindich filed the claim on May 14 (990/181/26), and Zuckerman did so the next day (990/184/26). Third parties in the case include the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Security and Defense Council, and the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Both businessmen demand that Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 843/2025 of November 13, 2025 on the application of personal sanctions against them be declared illegal and cancelled. The latter provide for the blocking of assets, a ban on trade, deprivation of state awards, etc.
