In Krasnoyarsk, one of the oldest restaurants in the city was put up for sale for 12 million rubles.
The Black Sea establishment was opened on Vzletka in 2008 by the famous Krasnoyarsk businessman and former City Council deputy Vladimir Vladimirov. He spent $1 million on investments in the project, writes Prima City. The reason for sale on the ad website is relocation.
The restaurant's monthly revenue is on average 6 million rubles, and its profit is 300 thousand rubles. The area is 369 square meters, there are 80 seats inside and there is a summer terrace. The sale includes a fully equipped kitchen, furniture, utensils, established relationships with suppliers and a working staff of 35 people.
According to open data, the owners of the restaurant are now Lyudmila Shevtsova and Viktor Cherempeev.
