Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can refinance their mortgage at a rate of 18.89% per annum

PSB Bank has launched a special mortgage refinancing program at reduced rates.
The offer can be taken advantage of by public sector employees (doctors, teachers, educators, museum and library workers), military personnel – participants in the savings and mortgage system, employees of the military-industrial complex (including employees of JSC Reshetnev), business owners and individual entrepreneurs (simplified applications are accepted for them), and holders of PSB salary cards.
The base rate under the program for most clients will be 18.99%. For employees of the defense industry and government agencies receiving salaries on a PSB card, the rate will be 18.89%. For military personnel – participants in the savings-mortgage system, subject to the issuance of a PSB salary card – 19.20%.
You can get refinancing in an amount of up to 20 million rubles for a period from 3 to 30 years. The terms of the program apply to both primary and secondary housing. To assess the borrower's solvency, the bank takes into account the income of up to four family members, including common-law spouses.
Also, when refinancing, you can change not only the loan rate, but also adjust the payment date or the composition of borrowers (for example, remove your ex-spouse from co-borrowers). Mortgage refinancing is also available to those borrowers who took out a loan from another bank just 1-2 months ago.
“PSB is improving the conditions of mortgage programs. Residents of our region, who last year took out loans at a high interest rate, can now significantly reduce their payment and ease the financial burden on the family budget,” notes Ekaterina Filatova, head of the PSB Mortgage Center in Krasnoyarsk.
