The Berezovsky District Court received a case of violations at the local KrasMol dairy plant. The company is accused of violating sanitary and epidemiological legislation.

Rospotrebnadzor specialists took samples of butter on April 7. The examination showed inconsistencies: coliform bacteria, yeast and mold were found in the product. The consumption of such oil, according to the agency, creates a high risk of food poisoning.
In addition, violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements were found in the production premises of the plant. The agency emphasizes that violations pose a threat to human health and the spread of diseases.
By Part 1 of Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federationwhich was charged to the enterprise, is punishable by up to administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days. A court hearing has not yet been scheduled.
