In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Sukhobuzimsky District Court recognized the former teacher of a summer health camp “Sosnovy Bor” guilty in providing unsafe services to children.
Let us remind you that in June 2025, teenagers will be in the camp committed against a 10-year-old boy other violent acts of a sexual nature. The investigation found fault in the incident educator (trainer) Denis Chugaev.
“It was established that he did not ensure the safe stay of children in the camp and violated the duty to promptly notify the administration of the institution about each incident. Due to the provision of services that did not meet safety requirements, four teenagers committed illegal acts against the boy. The victim reported the incident to the teacher, but he did not take measures to protect him,” the Investigative Committee said.
For committing a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced the defendant to 1.5 years of imprisonment to be served in a general regime correctional colony. In addition, for the same period he was deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the performance of duties in raising and educating children in recreation and recreation institutions.
