Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of beef
  • 100 ml 10% cream
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:

Rinse the beef and cut into pieces. Fry with olive oil for about 7 minutes until browned. Then add finely chopped onion to the meat. At this time, chop the bell pepper into strips and grate the carrots, and also throw everything into the frying pan.

After the vegetables and meat are fried, add flour and stir so that there are no lumps. Carefully pour in the cream, add salt and spices. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 15-20 minutes until the meat is tender. Bon appetit!
