A Dagestani man knocked down security forces and rammed an official car during an arrest in Makhachkala, after which he fled the scene of the crime
The black Zeekr was stopped in the morning in the area of Abubakarova Street – soldiers from the Drug Control Department were conducting an anti-drug raid. The security forces blocked the car and began to beat on the window, but 38-year-old Timur M., who was driving, pressed the gas and broke through the cordon, knocking down two law enforcement officers.
Later, Timur abandoned his Zeekr not far from the scene of the emergency and moved into a Toyota Camry. However, he was unable to escape: after a few minutes, the security forces tied him up.
The detainee is suspected of drug distribution. Previously, he was the general director of a fire safety company, and now continues to run a business in the restaurant industry. He faces criminal penalties.
