The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory helped a participant in a special operation who was sold a house with hidden defects in Solontsy. This was reported in the press service.
The man entered into a preliminary purchase and sale agreement and transferred more than a million rubles to the seller. However, inside the house there were damaged structures, increased humidity and faulty engineering systems.
The buyer demanded to terminate the contract and return the money. The seller did not argue with the claims, but refused to voluntarily return the funds and stopped fulfilling his obligations.
After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the parties entered into a settlement agreement. The money was returned to the serviceman right at the court hearing.
