❗️For sole proprietorships and legal entities, the rules for filing tax returns are changing– Ministry of Finance.
▪️The changes apply to all tax agents, including legal entities and sole proprietorships, which pay income to individuals;
▪️From now on, the tax calculation from the personal income tax and tax returns must be submitted by the 20th of each month, not once a quarter;
▪️For the IV quarter of 2024, it is still submitted according to the old rules until February 10, 2025. And already in January 2025 it is necessary to report according to the new norms – by February 20.
