JD Vance about American troops in Poland. “Rotation delay”

The question about the issue of American troops in Europe was asked during a press briefing at the White House.
— We did not reduce the number of troops in Poland by 4,000. soldiers. We delayed the deployment of troops that were supposed to go to Poland. This is not a reduction. It's a standard rotation delay, JD Vance said.
— All my life I have heard the “chatter” of the European media about everything that is wrong with the United States of America. We don't have this, we don't have that. We don't spend enough on health care. “Part of the reason we spend so much on defense is because we have tens of thousands of troops in Europe,” Vance said.
– I think that if the European media wants to attack the president of the United States, they need to start looking in the mirror – added the American vice president.
