The director of the Pavlovsky management company will appear in court in Krasnoyarsk. He is accused of failure to comply with a court decision to repair the entrance to a house on Transitnaya Street. This was reported by the prosecutor's office in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Back in May 2023, the court ordered the management company to tidy up entrance No. 3. The staircases in the house were to be painted, the metal elements of the stairs were to be updated, damaged tiles, handrails and faulty heating appliances were to be replaced. The decision came into force, but the work was not completed within the prescribed period.
After this, enforcement proceedings were initiated. The companies were served with demands, the manager was warned of criminal liability, and the management company itself was brought to administrative responsibility. Later, as part of the enforcement proceedings, documents were presented about the allegedly completed repairs. However, an audit showed that the court decision was never implemented in full.
The situation changed only after the initiation of a criminal case. During the investigation, the director of the management company admitted guilt, and repairs began at the entrance.
The prosecutor confirmed the charge under the article of malicious failure to comply with a court decision. The case will be considered by a magistrate at court precinct No. 149 in the Kirovsky district of Krasnoyarsk.
