Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov appointed Olga Volodina as head of the agency for managing state property in the region. The head of the region signed the corresponding order today, May 18.
Olga Volodina was born in Minusinsk. She has higher education in the fields of transport, law and finance. She also completed professional retraining under the programs “Productivity Leaders”, “Effective Leadership Skills” and “Head of a Territorial Body of the Federal Property Management Agency”. Olga Volodina has experience working in government agencies and large organizations.

From 2022 to 2025, she served as deputy head of the interregional territorial department of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Tyva. After that, she headed the department of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Samara region.
Let us remind you that the agency has lost its head March 25. Valentin Werner resigned from his post of his own free will. He was temporarily replaced by former deputy Valery Kalmykov.
