PSD does not really want the position of prime minister, “even if today he explicitly said that he assumes it”, claims Remus Pricopie

The rector of SNSPA, Remus Pricopie, said on Monday, May 18, that he does not believe that PSD “he really wants the position of prime minister, even though today he explicitly said that he is taking it.” He adds that the social democrats are trying to reposition themselves after the censure motion.
He also explains that Nicușor Dan was reproached in the last six weeks for not “set up the PSD” and that it allowed the Social Democrats to table a motion of no confidence.
“Of course, the role of the president is that of a mediator, and if he has the ability to avoid such conflicts, that's good,” stated Remus Pricopie at the “Adevărul” Interviews.
Last but not least, regarding the discussions regarding a possible candidacy of Ilie Bolojan from the PNL in Cotroceni, Remus Pricopie declared that “it is too early” for such discussions.
