Struggling to fulfill and exceed production plans, enterprise teams must produce high-quality products according to the range established for them. Drabkin says that every product produced by any enterprise must be branded with the enterprise's brand. The staff of each plant, factory, and artel must fight for the honor of their brand, as well as for the fulfillment of the plan.

The circus group “Pearl” was created in the city of Birobidzhan. The founder and first artistic director of the studio was the former acrobat V. G. Unkind. All the work was based on the enthusiasm of the studio manager. Costumes and props were made by hand. When the Dalselmash plant took patronage over the studio, everything changed. The administration of the plant helped the circus team decide on a permanent place of practice; it was the city Palace of Culture. The material and technical base was replenished with new circus props.
Year after year the studio expanded. The variety of genres attracted more and more people who wanted to learn circus art.
Gradually the team became known not only in the region, but also beyond its borders. At the same time, the name of the studio changed; it became known as “Happy Childhood”. In 1976, for the high performing skills of the participants, numerous victories and awards at All-Union festivals and republican competitions, the group was awarded the high title “People's”.
Today the circus studio “Happy Childhood” is a creative team that unites children and youth aged 4 to 20 years.
