The creator of Booksy about new services. “You will be able to upload a photo”

Stefan Batory, the creator of Booksy, was a guest of Business Insider Polska at the Impact'26 conference in Poznań.
— AI is a bit like chasing a shadow. We don't know where AI is and whether it will even take part in the competitions we are taking part in today. We don't want to wait and find out when it's too late, we just try to run as fast as we can to catch up with this shadow before it starts in our league – said Batory in an interview with the editor-in-chief of Business insider Polska, Mikołaj Kunica.
The creator of Booksy also talked about changes that are possible thanks to AI, such as booking (service reservation) by uploading photos.
— You will be able to upload a photo that inspires you when you want your hair or makeup to look like this
– he said.
“By analyzing what you look like and what you want to look like, we will be able to find someone best able to perform this service,” he added.
The entire conversation between Rafał Brzoska and Mikołaj Kunica in the video:
As he explained, Booksy is focused on “winning” three markets: the USA, Spain and Poland. And he has his foot in the door in France.
— We still have such a small share in the American market or in some European markets that we can certainly grow 100 times more. As long as the board of the game we are playing does not change. The game changer could be AI – he said.
