Non-state pension fund PSB (NPF PSB) launched the “PDS per million” campaign1, the main prize of which will be 1,000,000 rubles. There will also be 9 intermediate prizes worth 100,000 rubles each.

Customers who have entered into a long-term savings program (LSP) agreement at PSB Bank from April 1 to June 30, 2026 will be able to take part in the drawing, will deposit at least 36,000 rubles into the PSB account one-time or in installments and register as a participant in the promotion on the PSB NPF website.

The winners will be determined using a random number generator from participants who fulfill the conditions of the promotion. Draws for intermediate prizes will be held based on the results of each month (April, May, June), and for the main prize – based on the results of the entire promotion period.

The long-term savings program is a savings instrument with co-financing from the state. Its participants can replenish their PDS account in a comfortable mode – at any time and for any amount, and the state will add up to 36,000 rubles annually to contributions for 10 years2.

The program operator, a non-state pension fund, invests PDS funds in reliable financial instruments, which allows participants to more effectively increase their savings. For example, in NPF PSB, the average annual return on investing client funds under PDS during the program period was 17.3% per annum3.

Also, from contributions to the PDS, participants can receive a tax deduction of up to 88 thousand rubles annually (from contributions up to 400 thousand rubles per year, the personal income tax rate varies from 13% to 22%)4 under PDS agreements in their favor. In February 2026, NPF PSB launched a long-term savings program for families, which allows you to enter into agreements and make regular contributions in favor of another person (for example, a child or parent). Under such agreements, an increased tax deduction is possible – up to 110,0005 rubles per year for each parent when registering in favor of the child.

All personal contributions under the PDS, including investment income on them, are insured for up to 2.8 million rubles. Contributions from the state under PDS, funds transferred from the compulsory pension insurance system, and their investment income on them are guaranteed in full.

Payments under PDS agreements are possible after 15 years of participation in the program or reaching the age of 55 years for women and 60 years for men6. Payment over a specified period or lifetime payment are also available. In special life situations (expensive treatment, loss of a breadwinner), funds can be obtained earlier. Personal contributions and investment income on them can be withdrawn in full five years from the date of conclusion of the PDS agreement.

You can draw up a PDS agreement at the PSB office, mobile application or online bank. PSB clients who have entered into an agreement in a mobile application or online banking can top up their PDS account with points received under the loyalty program.
