If you want your eyes to become more open and not get tired in the evening, you don’t have to buy expensive serums or make long-term compresses. It is enough to adjust a couple of daily rituals. With regularity, after ten to fourteen days you will notice that your face looks fresher, and the shadows under your eyes have become lighter.
First, wash your face with cool water with a contrasting finish.
After basic cleansing, rinse your face with room temperature water and then apply cool wet wipes to your eyelids for ten seconds. This tightens capillaries, relieves morning puffiness and restores tone to the skin around the eyes, especially if you work a lot behind a screen.
Second, do light exercises for your eyesight every two hours of work.
Sit upright, close your eyes and slowly move your pupils in a circle ten times in one direction, then in the other. After this, close your eyes tightly for three seconds and open your eyes wide. Repeat the cycle five times.
Third, don't look at a screen an hour before bed.
Leave evening time without bright blue light. Blue radiation disrupts the production of melatonin, slows down the recovery of the optic nerve and provokes dry mucous membranes. Read paper books or listen to podcasts in the semi-darkness, rather than scrolling through your feed before relaxing.
These habits do not require time or special equipment. But if you stick to them every day, your look will become not just rested, but clear and confident.
