You will need:
Young zucchini – 400 g
Hard cheese – 80 g Egg – 1 piece
Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
Garlic – 2 cloves
Fresh dill – small bunch
Salt, black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
How to cook:
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, lightly salt it and leave for five minutes.
- Squeeze out excess moisture through a clean towel to prevent the dough from spreading when frying.
- Add the squeezed vegetable into the bowl, beat in the egg, add the sifted flour and finely chopped herbs.
- Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and squeeze the garlic directly into the preparation.
- Add pepper and carefully combine all ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
- Spoon the mixture out with a tablespoon, lightly pressing each portion with a spatula to ensure even thickness.
