Al-Hilal Omdurman, the team coached by Laurentiu Reghecampf (50 years old), won the title in Rwanda. The Sudanese team, forced to play in exile due to the civil war in Sudan, beat Muhanga away 2-0 in the 30th round and mathematically secured first place.

In the first season on the team's bench, Reghecampf made her a champion in an extremely complicated context. With many footballers called up to Sudan's national team action throughout the season, Al-Hilal Omdurman lived up to their status as favorites and captured the trophy.

I was pleasantly surprised. They are peaceful, hardworking people with a genuine desire to progress. I haven't had any attitude or discipline problems since I took over the team.

The squad includes more than 16 players who play for the national team of Sudan. All true professionals with a serious mindset towards their job.
