American giant, the first move in Romania after taking over the Honeywell division

The American giant Protective Industrial Products (PIP), one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of personal protective equipment in the world, has rented approximately 1,000 square meters of offices for its headquarters in Romania, in the Hermes Business Campus complex, in Pipera, the first important move made on the local market after the acquisition of Honeywell's personal protective equipment division, according to Profit.ro sources.

The new PIP Romania headquarters in Hermes Business Campus has more than 100 workplaces, according to Profit.ro estimates.

Large corporations practice a ration of offices per employee of 10-12 square meters. The Hermes Business Campus complex is part of the portfolio of the Hungarian investment fund Adventum.

The employees in the new headquarters of PIP Romania were moved from the building across the road, called BOC, owned by Globalworth, where Honeywell has leased an area of ​​over 24,000 square meters. Protective Industrial Products (PIP), in the portfolio of the Odyssey Investment Partners investment fund, bought Honeywell's personal protective equipment division last spring.
