The crew of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 that crashed near Kolomna, according to Mash, was diverting the plane away from populated areas – the villages of Apraksino and Maloe Karasevo.
The airliner took off from the Tretyakovo airfield in Lukhovitsy at 14:49. The pilots deviated from the course when they received a system signal about a technical malfunction. And to prevent the car from collapsing on the houses, they took it towards the forest.
