The block that exploded in Rahova will be rehabilitated. A contract signed after several attempts

The mayor of the capital, Ciprian Ciucu, announces that, after several attempts, he has signed the contract to secure the block that exploded last year in the Rahova district, stating that the contractors have so far avoided obtaining this contract due to the complexity of the intervention, informs News.ro.
“After several attempts, I finally signed the contract to secure the block that exploded last year in the Rahova neighborhood. Next week I will meet with the contractor's representatives, we will discuss the intervention schedule, and after I clarify myself and things will be clear, I will meet with the owners of the apartments in the affected block to present them with the situation and what is to come,” wrote the capital's mayor on Facebook.
According to Ciprian Ciucu, “the main reason why they failed to contract the works earlier was given by the complexity/risk of the intervention: the contractors did not come to the procedure for awarding the works”.
“I thank the Apolodor company for finally accepting and assuming this contract”, says the mayor.
