After listening the statements provided by Daniel Pancu at the end of the match CFR Cluj – Universitatea Craiova 0-0, Marius Baciu declared that the Transylvanian coach had sounded the alarm and would leave for Rapid.

Pancu was contacted by Rapid and tends to accept the offer from Giulești, although, officially, both sides have denied the talks for the moment. The coach from CFR Cluj will decide at the end of the season which team he will coach in the next season, being still wanted in Gruia.

Following the draw with Universitatea Craiova, Pancu asked for “up-to-date wages, a better training base and some top players” to stay.

Marius Baciu concluded: “Pancu is leaving for Rapid”

“He's going to Rapid! When to make him a training ground, when to bring his players? For me it's a clear signal that he's going to Rapid.

Pancu wants something else and raised the alarm,” said Marius Baciu, at Prima Sport, quoted by orangesport.ro.

Daniel Pancu: “Two million percent remain, but under different conditions!”

“First of all, the most important details, which matter the most, are related to my promises for here. Both Mr. Varga and Mr. President Muresan are talking about 2 million percent, but neither continues “under other conditions”.

I see that none of them said it: “under other conditions” means daily wages, a better training base and a few top players. So far none of these things have been completed and there are still two weeks until the championship ends. Two million percent, but under different conditions!

I did something that I don't think will exist for many years from now in Romania. I'm really asking those who still manage to do these things to call me,” Pancu said on Friday evening.
