Denys Komarnytsky was not summoned to the law enforcement agencies and was not declared wanted, lawyer
Attorney Tetyana Honchariuk reported that her client, Denys Komarnytskyi, was not summoned to NABU or SAP as of February 10, 2025, and he was not wanted, as confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to her, she repeatedly turned to law enforcement agencies, asking about possible procedural actions against Komarnytskyi, and officially informed NABU and SAP about the lack of summons or delivery of documents. However, on February 10, 2025, after 5:00 p.m., she received a reply to her messenger and e-mail stating that her client had been sent a message and a summons to NABU.
At the same time, according to Honcharyuk, even before that, during a press conference, the leadership of NABU publicly declared Komarnytsky wanted, although at that time no summons or procedural documents were handed to him. The lawyer believes that such actions indicate a violation of the norms of the criminal process and bias on the part of NABU detectives.
